Director
WANG Guofa, Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering. He is currently the Chief Scientist of China Coal Technology Engineering Group and Chief Engineer of Mining Design Department of Tiandi Technology Co. He is one of the leading pioneers of China's coal efficient fully mechanized mining technology and equipment system, and has established the main technical theory and standard system of coal efficient fully mechanized mining. He has been engaged in the research and development of comprehensive mechanized coal mining, coal mining face support technology and equipment, and basic theory of intelligent mining. He has won one First Prize, four Second Prizes and one Third Prize of National Science & Technology Progress Award, and he has more than 30 scientific research achievements awarded with Provincial and Ministerial Science & Technology Progress Awards.
Deputy Directors
ZHOU Fubao, Professor, President of the China Academy of Safety Science and Technology and Member of the National Expert Group for Safety Production. He also serves as the Joint Convener of the 8th Degree Committee of the State Council for the Evaluation of Safety Science and Engineering, the Director of the Urban Rail Transit Fire Safety Professional Committee of the China Fire Protection Association, and the Vice Chairman of the Coal Mine Ventilation and Safety Expert Committee of the China Coal Industry Technical Committee. He has long been engaged in research in mine disaster prevention and resource utilization, public safety, and occupational health. He has won one Second Prize for National Technical Invention, three Second Prizes for National Science and Technology Progress, and five First Prizes for Provincial and Ministerial-level Science and Technology Progress. He has been obtained more than 80 national invention patents, and has published more than 100 academic papers. He has won numerous talent awards including the Yangtze River Scholars Distinguished Professor.
SUN Jiping，Professor, Former Vice President of China University of Mining & Technology-Beijing (CUMTB), Director of the Institute of Information Engineering, CUMTB. He has been engaged in research in coal mine safety monitoring, communication and informatization, coal mine electrical safety and coal mine accident rescue. He has won four National Science & Technology Progress Awards and Second Prizes of National Technical Invention Award, and eight Special and First Prizes of Provincial and Ministerial Science & Technology Progress Awards. He has presided over the formulation of 38 standards for China’s coal industry, safety production industry and energy industry. He has published more than 90 papers indexed in SCIE and Ei. He has participated in the investigation of 10 particularly major coal mine accidents as the head of the State Council Coal Mine Accident Investigation Group.
WANG Haibo, Professor, Changzhou Research Institute of China Coal Technology & Engineering Group. He mainly engages in the research and application of automation, information technology, and intelligent technology in coal mining. He has won 11 Provincial and Ministerial-level Scientific and Technological Awards, obtained 2 national invention patents, and published more than 10 academic papers.
Editor-in-Chief
TIAN Hua, Ph.D., Professor-level Senior Engineer. He currently serves as the Party Committee Secretary and Chairman of CCTEG Changzhou Research Institute. He also holds positions as a member of the Mining Oil Products Committee of the China Coal Society, Vice Chairman of the Coal Mine Electrician Committee of the China Electrotechnical Society, and a visiting professor at the College of Mechanical Engineering of Xi'an University of Science and Technology. He has long been engaged in the research and application of coal mine informatization and intelligent technology. He has won six awards at the provincial and ministerial level and above, published more than 20 papers, and holds five authorized national patents.
Yonghui Li is now a Professor and Director of Wireless Engineering Laboratory in School of Electrical and Information Engineering, University of Sydney. He is the recipient of the Australian Research Council (ARC)Queen Elizabeth II Fellowship in 2008 and ARC Future Fellowship in 2012. He is an IEEE Fellow. His current research interests are in the area of wireless communications. Professor Li was an editor for IEEE transactions on communications, IEEE transactions on vehicular technology and guest editors for several special issues of IEEE journals, such as IEEE JSAC, IEEE IoT Journals, IEEE Communications Magazine. He received the best paper awards from several conferences. He has published one book, more than 300 papers in premier IEEE journals and more than 200 papers in premier IEEE conferences. His publications have been cited more than 20000 times.
