Research of AC voltage step experiment instrument for mine-used power supply testing

    介绍了一种矿用电源检验用交流电压阶跃试验装置。该装置以触摸屏作为指令输入和电压指示窗口,以Modbus-RTU作为通信方式,用单片机控制交流固态继电器实现不同交流电压之间的阶跃功能。127 V电压等级带载试验结果表明,该装置能够安全、可靠地进行电压阶跃试验,最大带载电流不低于5 A,阶跃时间不超过50 ms。

    Abstract:

    An AC voltage step experiment instrument for mine-used power supply testing was introduced. The instrument uses touch screen as window of command input and voltage indicator, Modbus-RTU as communication protocol, and single chip microcomputer to control AC solid-state relay to realize step among different voltages. Load test result shows that under 127 V voltage level, the instrument can do step voltage experiment safely and reliably, with the max load current of more than 5 A and step time of less than 50 ms.
