  • The paper introduced hardware structure and realization of software of traditional block signal system briefly.On the basis,it proposed a scheme of applicating mobile video technology in monitoring and control system of underground locomotive transportation and its realization method.The improved monitoring and control system of locomotive transportation can display running situation of locomotive real-timely and enhances reliability of the system.Meanwhile,the system has function of video playback,which has auxiliary effect on accident rescue.Actual application showed that the system has clear video and good running effect.
