Abstract
In view of the problems that arise during the construction of the intelligent mine disaster management and control system, such as incomplete data collection layer, incomplete realization of edge computing technology, and imperfect construction of information intelligent comprehensive management and control platform. According to the relevant standards and guidelines for the intelligent construction of coal mines at the national, industrial and local levels, Coal mine disaster "cloud-edge-end" integrated intelligent and precise control technology system was proposed. The end side is responsible for comprehensive perception, adding mining laser gas sensors, mining laser CO, C2H2, C2H4 and other fire identification gas sensors, respirable dust sensors and intelligent surrounding rock stress sensors to form a data perception layer, which is responsible for the intelligent perception of multi-disaster data information in coal mines. At the same time, wind power gas locking devices, gas power-off devices, automatic sprinkler systems, coal seam water injection, spray dust removal, adjustment design plans, scientific support, disaster avoidance routes and emergency broadcasts are added to form an executive control layer. The edge side is responsible for local data analysis and processing, adding edge computing devices to form an edge computing layer to achieve linkage control with disaster measures. The cloud platform collects all edge-side perception data, business data, and Internet data to form a platform management and control layer, enabling intelligent identification and visual monitoring of underground hazards, perception and analysis of multiple disaster situations, and coordinated processing of data information with alarm devices. The execution control layer realizes multi-disaster early warning and intelligent collaborative management of coal mines based on cloud platform or edge-side commands. The application of key technologies such as data twin technology, multi-source heterogeneous information fusion technology, intelligent identification technology, collaborative management technology, visualization deduction technology, situation intelligent analysis and multi-disaster disaster avoidance planning in the "cloud-edge-end" architecture was discussed.
