  • The paper pointed out the irregularity of decentralized measuring management by handwork,designed a measuring management system by network and gave out the method of automatic collecting data with measuring apparatus.It mainly described the methods of collecting data through computer serial interface following the CDT Motion Agreement and reverting of electricity value.
