  • Aiming at the coal delivery system composed of 15 belts,the paper introduced one kind of integrated belt protector based on MSP430 single-chip microcomputer and its hardware circuit and software design. The protector can measure parameters such as voltage,current and linear velocity of each belt conveyor in realtime,and can judge working status of belt conveyor by these parameters. And, it can communicate with PC by RS485, which can realize remote monitoring and data inquiry for 15 belts. The running results showed that the protector has certain usevalue in fuel transport monitoring system.
