  • Current situations of mine in German and its automation were summarized and application of some new technologies was introduced through survey and technical exchange about automatic mining technology in Ruhr Group of German. Components and key technologies of automation system of Ruhr Mine of Ruhr Group were focused on. Some understanding about mine automation of German was discussed combining current situation of mine automation in China and work practice of the writer. The paper provides some reference for further development of mine automation of China.
