Design and implementation of communication module of remote control system of electrical traction shearer

  • The paper designed a communication module between controller of electrical traction shearer based on DSP and peripheral equipment through analyzing problems existing in communication among shearer core controller and touch screen, frequency converter and remote control computer, and introduced hardware and software design of the communication module in detail. The test results show that the module has stable communication and good real-time performance, and solves the disunity problems of communication interface and communication protocols of controller and peripheral equipment of electrical traction shearer based on DSP.
