A kind of multiple parameters inspection instrument for gas drainage was designed, design and realizations of hardware and software of the instrument were introduced. The inspection instrument uses sensors to collect main performance parameters such as methane concentration, flow and pipe temperature, then the parameters are uploaded to upper computer through RS485 after AD converting, and user can visually analyze parameters of the gas drainage pipeline by the upper computer. The instrument has characteristics of high measurement accuracy and multiple acquisition channels, and improves efficiency of gas extraction and monitoring.
