Design of wirerope tension monitoring system of mine hoist

  • 摘要: 针对矿井提升机存在钢丝绳过载、张力不平衡等问题,设计了一种矿井提升机钢丝绳张力监测系统。该系统采用压力传感器采集钢丝绳张力,采集信号经过处理后以无线通信方式发出,信号接收装置接收数据并通过RS232上传至上位机进行显示,从而实现钢丝绳张力的实时、可靠监测。测试结果验证了该系统的可行性。
    Abstract: In view of problems of overload and unbalanced tension of wirerope existed in mine hoist, a wirerope tension monitoring system of mine hoist was designed. The system uses pressure sensor to collect wirerope tension, collected data is transmitted through wireless communication after processing, and signal receive device receives and uploads the data to upper computer through RS232 for display, so as to realize real-time and reliable monitoring of wirerope tension. The test result verifies feasibility of the system.
