Research of time-delay control of wireless network based on RBF neural network PID control

  • 摘要: 针对不确定时延影响无线网络控制系统的控制性能、常规PID控制策略无法满足网络控制要求的问题,提出了一种基于RBF神经网络PID控制的无线网络时延控制方案。采用Matlab/Simulink的TrueTime工具箱建立了无线网络时延控制系统仿真模型,介绍了模型中网络模块、执行器模块、控制器模块的设计及RBF神经网络整定PID控制器参数的实现原理。仿真结果表明,与常规PID控制策略相比,RBF神经网络PID控制策略能够在一定程度上降低不确定时延对无线网络控制系统的影响,从而提高无线网络控制系统的稳定性。
    Abstract: In view of problems that uncertain time-delay influences on control performance of wireless network control system and normal PID control strategy cannot meet control requirement of network, the paper proposed a time-delay control scheme of wireless network based on RBF neural network PID control. It used TrueTime toolbox of Matlab/Simulink to build simulation model of time-delay control system of wireless network, introduced design of network module, actuator module and controller module and implementation principle of using RBF neural network to set parameters of PID controller. Simulation result shows that RBF neural network PID control strategy can reduce influence of uncertain time-delay on wireless network control system in some degree and improve stability of wireless network control system compared with normal PID control strategy.
