Construction of management information system for mine right based on Web

摘要: 针对矿业权分布广、数量多，办证时间跨度长，管理难度和复杂度大的问题，结合神华集团矿业权管理中的业务要求，以信息化方法，使用成熟的Web开发技术，构建了矿业权管理信息系统。该系统基于B/S架构，实现了矿业权的信息管理、价值管理和申报过程管理，提升了矿产资源的管理水平。

Abstract: In view of problems of wide distribution and large amount of mine right, long registration time, difficult and complex management, the paper constructed management information system for mine right by use of Web development technology and information method combined with business requirements for mine right management of Shenhua Group. The system realizes information management, value management and declaration process management of mine right based on B/S architecture, and improves management level of mineral resources.
