Development of system of on-line monitoring, fault diagnosis and prewarning for insulation of mine-used dry-type transformer

摘要: 针对传统的矿用干式变压器监测方法采用热电偶检测干式变压器内部温度而存在监测量单一，不能有效反映干式变压器绝缘实时状态的问题，提出了一种矿用干式变压器绝缘在线监测及故障诊断预警系统的设计方案，介绍了系统整体结构和故障诊断方法，建立了干式变压器匝间绝缘故障类型库。现场调试结果表明，该系统运行稳定，可实现对矿用干式变压器的远程实时监测和故障诊断预警功能。Abstract: In view of problems that monitoring variable is single and real-time status of insulation of mine-used dry-type transformer cannot be reflected existed in traditional monitoring method of mine-used dry-type transformer because it uses thermocouple to detect internal temperature of dry-type transformer, the paper proposed a design scheme of system of on-line monitoring, fault diagnosis and prewarning for insulation of mine-used dry-type transformer. It introduced general structure of the system and fault diagnosis method, and built a fault type library of turn-to-turn insulation of dry-type transformer. Field test result shows that the system runs stably and can realize functions of remote and real-time monitoring, fault diagnosis and prewarning for mine-used dry-type transformer.
