Design of lithium battery miner's lamp using wireless charge

摘要: 为了解决矿灯因锂电池容量有限而无法长时间工作及在井下充电存在安全隐患等问题,设计了一种可无线充电的新型锂电池矿灯。该矿灯既可在煤矿井上采用矿灯充电架充电,又可在井下采用无线电能传输技术充电。在井下,矿灯无线充电器底座内的无线电能发射电路将电能转换为电磁波发射到周围空间中,矿灯内部的无线电能接收电路通过线圈耦合电磁波信号并将其转换为5 V直流信号,再通过专门的高精度充电电路为矿灯锂电池充电。测试结果表明,该矿灯无线传输电能转换效率高,充电过程符合锂电池的充电特性,且安全性好。Abstract: In order to solve problems that miner's lamp cannot work for a long time due to limited capacity of its lithium battery and there are hidden dangers for charging in coal mine underground, a new type of lithium battery miner's lamp using wireless charge was designed which can be charged both by lamp-charging rack on ground and by wireless power transmission technology in coal mine underground. In coal mine underground, wireless power transmitting circuit in base of the miner's lamp wireless charger converts electric energy into electromagnetic wave to surrounding space, wireless power receiving circuit of the miner's lamp receives the electromagnetic wave signal through coil and converts it into DC 5 V signal, and then uses special high-precision charging circuit to charge lithium battery of the miner's lamp. The test results show that the miner's lamp has advantages of high conversion efficiency of electric energy, and the charging process is in accordance with charging characteristics of the lithium battery with high safety.
