Research on integrated command decision-making information platform for mine emergency rescue

  • 摘要: 针对国内现有矿山应急指挥系统的信息流正常运转困难问题,为解决信息不对称和信息缺失的集成关键问题,设计了矿山应急救援一体化指挥决策信息平台,详细介绍了平台的总体结构、决策信息服务器和客户端应用软件,着重介绍了平台信息传递方法。现场演练和测试结果表明,该信息平台满足矿山实际功能需求,提高了应急指挥信息传递效率及应急救援指挥体系的信息化水平。
    Abstract: In view of problem of difficult information flow operation of domestic existing mine emergency command system, and in order to solve key problems of integration such as lack of information asymmetry and information loss, an integrated command decision-making information platform for mine emergency rescue was designed, overall structure of the platform, decision-making information server and client software were introduced in details, and information transmission method of the platform was expounded emphatically. The field exercise and test results show that the platform satisfies actual function requirements of mines, and improves information transmission efficiency of emergency command and informatization level of emergency rescue command system.
