Coal mine accident analysis based on encoding tree method

  • 摘要: 采用编码树法对17起典型的煤矿事故进行了分析及原因统计,结果表明,煤矿组织管理失误是导致煤矿事故发生的最主要原因,影响程度最为严重。对煤矿组织管理失误进行了分类,提出了煤矿组织管理失误行为的改进措施,包括发挥煤矿组织领导的示范作用、改善煤矿组织沟通、加强煤矿组织安全学习。
    Abstract: Seventeen typical coal mine accidents were analyzed with their cause statistics by use of encoding tree method. The analysis results show that organizational management failure of coal mine is the mainly cause of coal mine accidents with the most serious influence. The organizational management failure of coal mine was classified, and some improvement measures about the organizational management failure were proposed including playing an exemplary role of leaders, improving organizational communication and enhancing safety study.
