Study on unmanned mining technology of fully mechanized coal mining face

摘要: 分析了综采工作面自动化发展现状,对采煤机记忆割煤、支架跟机自动化、煤岩识别等技术的应用情况及存在问题进行了分析,并提出了综采工作面高速传输无线网络建设、标准化数据传输、采煤机模糊判断和自适应割煤、支架高级跟机自动化、工作面实景成像、工作面自动校直等技术的实现途径。Abstract: The paper analyzed present situation of development of fully mechanized coal mining face, including application situation and existing problems of technologies of memory coal cutting, hydraulic support automation, coal and rock identification and so on. It put forward realization way of technologies of high speed transmission wireless network construction, standardized data transmission, fuzzy judgment and self-adapting coal cutting of shearer, advanced hydraulic support automation, live imaging and automatic alignment of working face.
