Research on automatic detection device of hydraulic support controller

  • 摘要: 针对煤矿液压支架控制器检测过程中存在测试效率较低的问题,设计了一种液压支架控制器自动化检测装置。该装置实现了液压支架控制器功能、性能和可靠性的自动检测,提高了液压支架控制器的检测效率、软件适应性能和产品质量,对液压支架电液控制系统的发展起到了积极的促进作用。
    Abstract: In view of problem of low detection efficiency existed in detection process of coal mine hydraulic support controller, an automatic detection device of hydraulic support controller was designed. The device achieves automatic detection of functionality, performance and reliability of hydraulic support controller, improves detection efficiency, software adaptive performance and product quality of the hydraulic support controller, which will play a positive role in development of hydraulic support electric control system.
