Remote online monitoring and early warning system of mining slope stability

摘要: 针对现有矿山边坡监测方法存在监测周期长、监测精度较低、无法实现实时及自动化监测等缺陷,设计了采动边坡稳定性远程在线监测预警系统,详细介绍了系统的设计原则和结构组成。该系统可实时监测采动过程中岩质边坡位移场的变化状态,并通过无线网络将实时监测数据传送至监控主机,实现了监测数据的可视化。该系统设有预警功能,可根据需要设置预警阈值,当坡体位移超过预警阈值时,系统自动报警。实际应用证明了该系统的可靠性。Abstract: In view of the defect of long monitoring period, low monitoring precision and no realtime automatic monitoring existed in mine slope monitoring method, an online monitoring and early warning system of mining slope stability was designed, and design principle and structure of the system were introduced. The system can monitor change states of displacement field of rock slope in mining process, and can transmit the monitored data to host computer by wireless network, so as to realize visualization of monitoring data. The system also has early warning function, and can set warning threshold according to the need. The system can automaticly alarm when the slope displacement exceeds the warning threshold. The practical application proves reliability of the system.
