Intelligent monitoring and control system for blind ventilation with long distance in shield construction of coal mine inclined shaft

摘要: 针对煤矿斜井盾构法施工时的长距离独头通风,设计了一种以PLC为核心的智能监控系统。该智能监控系统可根据不同风筒长度的风量及负压变化规律,对通风机进行自动调节;同时,对斜井井筒内的甲烷、一氧化碳、二氧化碳及氧气等环境参数进行实时监测,并上传至矿区数字化管理平台,为盾构施工提供了安全的通风保障。Abstract: An intelligent monitoring and control system was desiged which takes PLC as core for blind ventilation with long distance in shield construction of coal mine inclined shaft. The intelligent monitoring system can automatically adjust ventilator according to change regulation of air flow and pressure of different length of ventilating duct. At the same time, it can monitor environment parameters such as CH4, CO, CO2, O2 and so on in inclined shaft, and send the collected data to mine digital management platform. It ensures safety of ventilation for shield construction.
