Design and implementation of multi-protocol gateway of coal mine

  • 摘要: 针对传统的串行数据处理方式实时性低的问题,提出一种基于FPGA的多协议网关设计方案,给出了多协议网关的总体架构、关键硬件电路设计和软件设计。该网关利用了FPGA并行执行的特点,能够接入485总线信号、CAN总线信号、频率量、开关量、ZigBee无线信号和以太网信号等,实现了对不同速率、接口的传感器信号的同时采集和实时传输。
    Abstract: For low real-time performance of traditional serial data processing mode, a design scheme of multi-protocol gateway based on FPGA was proposed, and the overall architecture, key hardware circuit design and software design were given. The gateway takes advantage of parallel execution of FPGA, and can access 485 bus signal, CAN bus signal, frequency signal, digital signal, ZigBee wireless signal and Ethernet signal. It achieves simultaneous acquisition and real-time transmission of sensor signals with different rates and interfaces.
