Design of control system of mine-used switched reluctance electric locomotive

  • 摘要: 为了改善蓄电池电机车在煤矿井下的工作性能,同时降低能耗、提高工作效率,设计了一种基于ARM的开关磁阻电机车控制系统。该系统采用角度位置控制与电压斩波控制相结合的控制方式,应用转矩分配函数控制策略,结合速度、电流双闭环系统实现对蓄电池电机车的控制。实验结果表明,该系统转矩脉动小,效率高,具有较强的鲁棒性和良好的调速性能。
    Abstract: In order to improve performance of battery electric locomotive in coal mine, reduce energy consumption and improve work efficiency, a kind of control system of mine-used switched reluctance electric locomotive based on ARM was designed. The system uses control mode combing angular position control and chopped voltage control, adopts control strategy of torque distribution function, and achieves control of the battery motor vehicle combined with speed and current dual closed-loop system. The experimental results show that the system has small torque ripple, high efficiency, strong robustness and good performance of speed adjustment.
