Research on correction coefficient of relationship formula of shearer parameters and coal rock hardness

  • 摘要: 针对当前煤矿综采工作面采煤机无法自动、准确识别煤岩性状的问题,分析了采煤机截割电动机参数与反映煤岩硬度的普氏系数的关系公式,得出两者近似成比例线性关系;通过实测数据,得到关系公式中修正系数的取值范围;最后通过实际应用验证了根据修正系数推断出的普氏系数与实际情况相符。
    Abstract: In view of problem that current shearer on fully-mechanized coal mining face ca't automatically and accurately identify coal petrography character, the paper analyzed relationship formula between cutting motor parameters and Protodyaknove's coefficient reflecting coal and rock hardness, and obtained that they were approximately proportional and have linear relationship. Value range of correction coefficient was obtained by measured data, and finally it was validated by practical application that the Protodyaknove's coefficient inferred according to correction coefficient was consistent with the actual situation.
