Monitoring system of suspension type single hydraulic prop for underground forepoling

  • 摘要: 介绍了一种井下超前支护用悬浮式单体液压支柱监测系统,阐述了该系统的工作原理及设计方案。该系统能够实现液压支柱压力及弯曲变形检测、LED灯报警和数据无线传输。基于某型号液压支柱的测试结果表明,该系统测量值与理论值之间的误差较小,表明该系统可真实地反映悬浮式单体液压支柱在承受顶板不同来压时的弯曲变形程度,为支护的安全预警提供准确数据。
    Abstract: A monitoring system of suspension type single hydraulic prop for underground forepoling was introduced, and working principle and design scheme of the system were focused on. The system can realize pressure and bending deformation detection of hydraulic prop, LED warning and wireless data transmission. The experimental result based on a type of hydraulic prop shows that the error between measurement value of the system and the theoretical one is small, which verifies that the system can actually reflect bending deformation degree of suspension type single hydraulic prop when the hydraulic prop suffers different stress from roof and provide accurate data for safety warning of forepoling.
