Design of dust sampler based on closed-loop flow control

  • 摘要: 针对基于开环控制的粉尘采样器存在采样误差较大的问题,设计了基于流量闭环控制的粉尘采样器。该采样器采用微型气体流量传感器采集流量,采用带死区的增量PID控制算法实时监测采样流量的变化并进行及时调整,消除了流量随负载变化引起的误差,确保了粉尘采样计量的准确性。
    Abstract: In view of problem of big sampling error of dust sampler based on open-loop control, a dust sampler based on closed-loop flow control was designed. The sampler uses micro gas flow sensor to collect flow, adopts incremental PID control algorithm with die area to real-timely monitor and adjust sampling flow change, eliminates error of the flow changing by load and ensures measurement accuracy of dust sampling.
