Research of application of wireless charging technology in mine-used portable methane detector

  • 摘要: 针对现有矿用甲烷便携仪接触式充电方式存在的充电触点易松动、氧化,长时间充电使电池寿命短等问题,提出采用无线充电技术对矿用甲烷便携仪进行充电,设计了无线充电电路,在此基础上研制了矿用甲烷便携仪及无线充电器样机。实验结果表明,采用无线充电技术能够可靠、安全地实现矿用甲烷便携仪电池充电,充电时应使发射线圈和接收线圈间距尽量小,从而获得较高的能量传输效率。
    Abstract: For problems of contact charging mode of existing mine-used portable methane detector, such as contact would be loose and oxidized, battery life was short under the condition of long charging time, wireless charging technology was proposed for charging mine-used portable methane detector. Wireless charging circuit was designed. On the basis, prototypes of mine-used portable methane detector and wireless charger were developed. The experimental result shows that wireless charging technology can charge mine-used portable methane detector reliably and safely. Distance between sending coil and receiving coil should be smaller for higher energy transfer efficiency.
