Analysis of influence factors of polarization spectrum method on state detection of transformer oil-paper insulatio

摘要: 介绍了基于回复电压法的极化谱法在变压器油纸绝缘状态检测中的应用原理,指出极化谱曲线的主时间常数是判断变压器油纸绝缘状态的重要因素;分析了充电电压、剩余电荷、温度对极化谱曲线测量结果的影响,结果表明充电电压仅对回复电压最大值有一定影响,不影响极化谱曲线的主时间常数,而剩余电荷和温度会对主时间常数产生影响;提出实际应用基于回复电压法的极化谱法检测变压器油纸绝缘状态时,应首先对变压器进行充分放电,在0~2 000 V范围内尽量提高充电电压,并保持环境温度稳定。Abstract: Application principle of polarization spectrum method based on recovery voltage method was introduced which was used in state detection of transformer oil-paper insulation, and a viewpoint was pointed out that main time constant of polarization spectrum curve was an important factor for judging state of transformer oil-paper insulation. Influence of charging voltage, residual charge and temperature on measurement result of polarization spectrum curve was analyzed separately with conclusions that charging voltage only influenced the maximal value of recovery voltage but did not influence main time constant of polarization spectrum curve, and residual charge and temperature would influence the main time constant. Matters needed attention were proposed that transformer should be fully discharged firstly, charging voltage should be as high as possible in range of 0-2 000 V and environmental temperature should be stable during actual application of polarization spectrum method based on recovery voltage method in state detection of transformer oil-paper insulation.
