System of coal and gas outburst prediction based on improved BP neural network

  • 摘要: 针对传统BP神经网络收敛速度慢、易陷入局部极小等问题,采用Matlab神经网络工具箱中的自适应学习率VLBP算法和基于数值优化技术的LMBP算法对传统BP神经网络算法进行改进,并设计了基于改进BP神经网络的煤与瓦斯突出预测系统;分别采用传统BP神经网络模型和改进的BP神经网络模型进行煤与瓦斯突出预测实验,结果表明改进的BP神经网络能够更快、更准确地预测煤与瓦斯突出。
    Abstract: To overcome shortcomings of slow convergence speed and falling into local minimum easily, traditional BP neural network was improved by using VLBP algorithm based on adaptive learning rate and LMBP algorithm based on numerical optimization technique in Matlab neural network toolbox, and a system of coal and gas outburst prediction based on the improved BP neural network was designed. Both traditional BP neural network and the improved one were used to predict coal and gas outburst experimentally. The results show that the improved BP neural network can predict coal and gas outburst faster and more accurately.
