Design of overpressure protection system for long-distance grouting pipeline

  • 摘要: 针对现有的煤矿注浆系统在压力过大时不能及时对管路进行保护的问题,提出了基于PLC的远距离注浆管路超压保护系统设计方案。该系统以欧姆龙PLC为控制中心,通过压力变送器采集当前管道的实时压力值,若压力超限并持续50 s,则渣浆泵停止工作,实现紧急停泵。上位机监控系统接收PLC控制系统的实时压力值和流量值并进行显示,实现对注浆主要管路压力和流量的监测。工业性试验结果表明,远距离注浆管路超压保护系统效果良好,能够满足矿井注浆系统超压保护的需要。
    Abstract: In view of problem that existing mine grouting system cannot protect pipeline real-timely when pressure is too large, the paper proposed design scheme of overpressure protection system for long-distance grouting pipeline based on PLC. The system takes Omron PLC as control center, uses pressure transmitter to collect real-time pressure value of current pipeline. If the pressure overruns and continues 50 s, the slurry pump stops working to achieve emergency stop. Monitoring system on PC receives real-time pressure and flow values from PLC control system and displays them, so as to achieve monitoring of pressure and flow of main grouting pipeline. Industrial test results show that the overpressure protection system works well, and can meet the demands of overpressure protection of mine grouting system.
