嵌入式煤矿井下机车自动控制系统设计

Design of embedded automatic control system of underground locomotive

  • 摘要: 针对煤矿井下机车运输的安全性问题,设计了一种嵌入式煤矿井下机车自动控制系统。基于RFID的读卡器通过无接触方式获得机车的位置信息,并将位置信息传输给主处理器,主处理器根据不同的位置信息,对机车发送不同的控制指令;轮轴脉冲转速传感器将测得的机车速度信息传输给主处理器,主处理器结合预定的车速对机车速度进行及时控制。测试结果表明,该系统可实现机车的启动、停车、加速、减速等控制,使机车在无人驾驶的状态下完成矿石运输功能。

     

    Abstract: In view of problem of safety of underground locomotive transportation, an embedded automatic control system of underground locomotive was designed. Card reader based on RFID gets position information of the locomotive through non-contact mode and sends the position information to main processor, then the main processor sends different control commands to locomotive according to different position information. Axle pulse speed sensor is used to measure speed of the locomotive and sends the speed information to the main processor, then the main processor makes timely control for speed of the locomotive combining with predetermined speed. Test result shows that the system can realize control for starting, stopping, acceleration and deceleration of the locomotive and make the locomotive finish function of ore transportation under condition of unmanned driving.
