摘要: 结合中煤平朔煤业有限责任公司安全生产管理的现状，介绍了煤炭集团公司生产安全调度指挥管理平台的定义、建设内容、结构分层，并进行了效益分析。该平台以多种方式获取安全生产信息并及时作出响应，使企业决策者及调度人员能够全面掌控各基层单位安全生产及运营状况，从而实现了现代化集约型管理模式，提高了企业的管理水平、安全预警和整体调度指挥能力。

Abstract: The paper introduced definition, construction content, structure stratification and benefit analysis of management platform of production safety dispatching of coal enterprise group combining with management status of safety production in Chinacoal Pingshuo Coal Co., Ltd.. The platform obtains safety information by a variety of ways and responds timely, so that corporate decision makers and dispatchers can fully control safety production and operational status, which achieves modern intensive management model, improves management level and capabilities of early security warning and overall dispatching of enterprises.
