Measuring System for Fault Parameter of Main Ventilator of Coal Mine Based on Information Fusion Technology

  • 摘要: 针对目前煤矿主通风机故障诊断功能不完善、保障性措施不力等问题,文章提出了一种基于信息融合技术的煤矿主通风机故障参数检测系统的设计方案,简要分析了主通风机常见故障及信息融合技术,确定了故障参数检测方法,详细介绍了系统硬件及软件设计。实际应用表明,该系统实现了各故障参数的实时、在线检测,为主通风机的可靠运行提供了技术保障。
    Abstract: Aiming at the problems of imperfect fault diagnosis functions and inefficient protecting measures of main ventilator of coal mine at present,the paper proposed a design scheme of measuring system for fault parameters of main ventilator of coal mine based on information fusion technology.It briefly analyzed common faults of main ventilator and information fusion technology,determined measuring method of fault parameters,and introduced hardware and software design of the system in details.The actual application showed that the system realizes real-time and on-line measurement for each fault parameter,which provides technical support for reliable running of main ventilator.
