Design of a Spray System of Hydraulic Support of Thin Coal Seam

  • 摘要: 详细介绍了薄煤层液压支架喷雾系统的喷雾方法、工作原理、系统组成及特点等。该液压支架喷雾系统采用高压射流喷雾的方法,能够有效地控制回采工作面薄煤层液压支架周围的粉尘;将喷雾装置放在顶梁里面,节省了空间,有效解决了喷雾装置占用行人通道和通风断面的问题;充分利用电液控制器的优势,自动化程度高。
    Abstract: The paper introduced spray method, working principle, composition and characteristics of a spray system of hydraulic support of thin coal seam. The spray system of hydraulic support adopts method of high pressure spray method and can control dust around hydraulic support of thin coal seam in coal face effectively. The spray device is set in roof timber in order to save space, which resolves the problem that spary device occupies walkway and cross section of ventilation. The system takes full advantages of electro hydraulic controller and has high automation degree.
