Design of Wireless Pressure Meter Based on WIA-PA

  • 摘要: 针对传统的工业压力仪表需铺设电缆进行数据传输而导致的高成本问题,详细介绍了一种基于WIA-PA的无线压力仪表的软、硬件设计方案。该无线压力仪表以WIA-PA无线网络技术为基础,采用集成了2.4 GHz射频功能的CC2431作为主处理芯片,成本低,组网灵活,数据传输安全性及可靠性较高。工业现场应用表明,该无线压力仪表可实现数百米的稳定传输,且误码率小于1%。
    Abstract: For the problem of high cost of traditional industrial pressure meters caused by laying cables for data transmission, the paper introduced design schemes of software and hardware of a wireless pressure meter based on WIA-PA in details. The meter is on the basis of WIA-PA wireless network technology and uses CC2431 with 2.4 GHz radio frequency function as a main processor, which has low cost, flexible networking and high security and reliability of data transmission. The application in industrial field showed that the meter can transmit data in a few hundred meters and the error rate is less than 1%.
