Hardware Design of Temperature Monitoring System of Bearing Based on CAN Bus

  • 摘要: 实时检测滚动轴承的温度可及时发现渣浆泵的故障,避免出现烧轴、轧辊损坏等现象。根据该原理,提出了一种基于CAN总线的轴承温度监测系统的设计方案;主要介绍了该系统的硬件设计,即主控制器、温度传感器、CAN通信电路、显示及报警电路的设计,并给出了硬件抗干扰措施。实际测试结果表明,该系统可实现轴承温度的有效检测,确保了渣浆泵的安全运行。
    Abstract: It can find fault of slurry pump timely and can avoid phenomenon of bearing burning and roll damage that detects temperature of rolling bearing real-timely. According to the principle, the paper proposed a design scheme of temperature monitoring system of bearing based on CAN bus. It mainly introduced hardware design of the system, namely design of main controller, temperature sensor, CAN communication circuit, display circuit and alarming circuit, and gave anti-interference measures of hardware. The actual test result showed that the system can realize detection for temperature of bearing effectively, which ensures safe running of slurry pump.
