Research of Pre-peak Deformation Detection of Rock with Fiber Bragg Grating Sensing

  • 摘要: 为了获得更为精确的岩石变形破坏测试数据,提出了一种采用光纤光栅传感技术对岩石变形破坏过程进行检测的方法。该方法将光纤光栅粘贴于岩样的轴向方向,岩样在815MTS液压伺服机上进行单循环加载实验,测试岩石峰前变形阶段的轴向位移,岩样破坏后即停止实验。实验结果表明,光纤光栅传感技术所测应变值经应变传递系数换算后与MTS所测应变值一致性良好,相对误差率仅为3.2%。采用光纤光栅传感技术可以实现岩石峰前变形阶段的高精度测试。
    Abstract: In order to obtain more precise test data of deformation and damage of rock, the paper proposed a method which uses fiber bragg grating sensing technology to detect deformation and damage process of rock. The method makes fiber bragg grating paste on axial direction of rock sample and makes single cycle load experiment at 815MTS hydraulic servo-machine for the rock sample, which is used to detect axial displacement of pre-peak deformation stage of rock. The experiment is stopped when the rock sample is damaged. The experiment result showed that strain value of fiber bragg grating sensing technology converted by transfer coefficient has good consistency with strain value of MTS, and relative error rate is only 3.2%, so using fiber bragg grating sensing technology can realize high-precision test of pre-peak deformation of rock.
