Design of Computer Control System of Lifting Platform of Hydraulic Support Test-bed

  • 摘要: 为了提高液压支架试验台控制系统的性能,提出了一种液压支架试验台升降平台计算机控制系统的设计方案,详细介绍了该系统各个子系统即液压泵站控制子系统、升降平台四缸同步控制子系统和插拔销控制子系统的硬件及软件设计,并给出了该系统的人机交互界面。实际应用表明,该系统能够很好地完成液压支架试验台升降平台的计算机控制。
    Abstract: In order to improve performances of control system of hydraulic support test-bed, the paper proposed a design scheme of computer control system of lifting platform of hydraulic support test-bed. It detailedly introduced design of hardware and software of each subsystem of the system, namely control subsystem of hydraulic pump station, 4-cylinder synchronization control subsystem of lifting platform and bolt control subsystem, and gave human-computer interaction interface of the system. The actual application showed that the system can finish computer control of lifting platform of hydraulic support test-bed magnificently.
