Design of Vibration Detecting System for Rolling Bearing of Shearer Based on DSP

  • 摘要: 简述了采煤机滚动轴承振动的数学模型和电涡流式振动位移传感器的结构及基本工作原理,提出了一种以TMS320F2812为核心控制器、电涡流式振动位移传感器为前端信号采集部分的采煤机滚动轴承振动检测系统,并给出了系统硬件设计和软件流程。井下测试结果表明,该系统可靠性高、实时性强。
    Abstract: The paper briefly described mathematics model of vibration of rolling bearing of shearer and structure and basic working principle of eddy-current vibration displacement sensor, proposed a design scheme of vibration detecting system for rolling bearing of shearer, which takes TMS320F2812 as core controller and eddy-current vibration displacement sensor as front signal collecting part, and gave hardware design and software flow of the system. The underground testing result showed that the system has high reliability and strong real-time performance.
