Design of Mine-used Intelligent Tilt Angle Sensor Based on M-BUS

  • 摘要: 提出了一种以P89LPC936单片机为核心的矿用智能倾角传感器的设计方案,详细介绍了传感器的组成、工作原理以及主要电路设计。该传感器采用导电塑料电位器,可精确测量井架平台的倾斜量,为煤矿生产的安全性提供重要数据。实际应用表明,该传感器测量精度高,运行稳定可靠,操作方便。
    Abstract: The paper proposed a design scheme of mine-used intelligent tilt angle sensor which took P89LPC936 single-chip microcomputer as core, and introduced configuration, working principle and design of main circuits of the sensor in details. The sensor adopts conductive plastic potentiometer and can measure tilt amount of mine headframes accurately, which provides important data for safety in coal mine production. The actual application showed that the sensor is high in measuring precision, reliable in running and simple in operation.
