Research of Position Detected Sensor of Mine-used Locomotive Based on Geomagnetic Induction

  • 摘要: 针对采用RFID等方法不能精确检测胶轮车位置的问题,提出了一种基于地磁感应的矿用机车位置检测传感器的设计方案,分析了地磁感应的检测原理,详细介绍了矿用机车位置检测传感器的硬件及软件设计。实际应用表明,该传感器不但适合无轨胶轮车的位置检测,也适合轨道电机车的位置检测。
    Abstract: In view of the problem of unaccurate position detection of rubber-tyred car by use of RFID,the paper proposed a design scheme of position detected sensor of mine-used locomotive based on geomagnetic induction.It analyzed detection principle of geomagnetic induction,and detailedly introduced design of hardware and software of the position detected sensor of mine-used locomotive.The actual application showed that the sensor is suitable for position detection not only of trackless rubber-tyred car,but also of track locomotive.
