Realization of Communication between PLC and Frequency-converter

  • 摘要: 文章讨论了PLC与采用MODBUS通信协议的变频器的通信原理及其实现,介绍了变频器的速度控制方式及其所采用的通信协议、PLC无顺序通信协议等技术。并以三菱Q系列PLC及串行通信模块对安川G7变频器的控制为例,研究如何用串行通信协议实现PLC与变频器之间的通信。
    Abstract: In this paper, the principle and realization method of communication between PLC and frequency-converter with Modbus communication protocol were discussed. The speed control method and the communication protocol of frequency-converter and PLC non-sequence communication protocol were introduced. With the example of control to YASKAWA Varispeed G7 by MITSUBISHI Q series PLC and its communication module, it studied how to implement the communication between PLC and frequency-converter by serial communication protocol.
