Design of monitoring system of fully mechanized excavation face based on power line carrier

  • For problems that it was difficult to maintain, communication distance and reliability were constrained of traditional monitoring system of fully mechanized excavation face with communication method of laying dedicated cable channels based and wireless communication supplemented, monitoring system of fully mechanized excavation face based on power line carrier was proposed. The system uses existing coal power cables to communicate, without laying dedicated communication cables, which greatly reduces system cost and decreases problems of communication interruption due to link failure, realizes stable and reliable monitoring of fully mechanized excavation face.
