Comprehensive protection system of brake shoe of mine-used winch based on AT89C52

  • In view of problem of bad reliability and poor real-time performance existed in brake shoe protection equipment of winch, a kind of comprehensive protection system of brake shoe of mine-used winch based on AT89C52 was designed, design of hardware and software of the system was introduced in details. The system uses sensors to collect signals of clearance of brake shoe, stick brake pressure of brake shoe, oil pressure and temperature, and sends the signals to single-chip microcomputer to process and be compared with set values. If the signal is normal, it will display detected data, if not alarm. The system realizes real-time monitoring and comprehensive protection for the brake shoe.
