Application of local cooling technology in deep mining of Xuzhuang Coal Mine

  • The paper analyzed heat disaster status of local region in deep mining of Xuzhuang Coal Mine and design requirements of underground local refrigeration cooling system. It proposed local mobile and mechanical refrigeration cooling method which is suitable for Xuzhuang Coal Mine:use closed-loop water system, and use two TS-300B underground refrigeration devices for refrigeration cooling of -750 west track roadway and belt transportation roadway respectively. It introduced design scheme, testing result of cooling effect and benefit analysis of refrigeration cooling system. Field application result shows that the system has greatly improved underground work environment, attendance and productivity of workers in high-temperature conditions, but there are still issues that heat exhaust of the refrigeration device is easily affected by environment, spray water of condenser has great loss and so on.
