Design of Heterogeneous Network Control System for Coking Plant Coal Preparation System Based on OPC

  • In view of problem that coal preparation production workshop ca't share information because it has a variety of network system or different structures of field bus and control system, a design scheme of heterogeneous network control system based on OPC technology was proposed and design and development of OPC Server/Client of the system were introduced in details. The system connects all subsystems by use of industrial Ethernet TCP/IP system and provides a uniform data interface for heterogeneous data by use of the OPC technology which make the data management can get all kinds of data. The system solves problems of data conversion, integration and storage of heterogeneous network and meets with requirements of information interoperability in enterprise production process and integration of enterprise information systems.
