Design of Centralized Control System of Submersible Pumps of Underground Distributed Drainage Collection Point

  • Combining with actual situation of underground drainage of a coal mine, a centralized control system of underground submersible pumps based on gigabit ring network was designed, and design of hardware and software of the system was introduced. The system uses intelligent control and float switch sensor to realize local automatic control of high and low water level, uses communication between upper computer and underground intelligent controller to realize centralized dispatching and control of submersible pumps, which provides effective control solutions for small power submersible pumps with wide distribution, large number of equipments and frequent start and stop.
