Research Progress of Detection and Automatic Matching Technique for Emulsion Concentratio

  • The paper introduced current situation of detection and matching technique of emulsion concentration in China, compared and researched development status of detection technique of emulsion concentration, automatic matching technique of emulsion concentration, detection and automatic matching technique of emulsion concentration, and discussed their respective characteristics. It pointed out that on-line detection and automatic matching technique of emulsion concentration combined with technologies of sensor and computer is development trend which accords with production technology of modern mine; to develop sensor of emulsion concentration with high accuracy and good practicality is main work at present; automatic detection and matching system of emulsion concentration will develop in direction of digitalization and intellectualization, and it will combine with subsystem of emulsion leakage monitoring to monitor whole emulsion pump station, so as to realize normal work of hydraulic support system of fully mechanized coal face.
