Design of Monitoring System of Hydraulic Weight-fixed Loading Based on PLC and LabVIEW

  • In view of problem of non-ideal application effect of piezomagnetic weight-fixed device used in skip hoisting, the paper proposed a design scheme of monitoring system of hydraulic weight-fixed loading based on PLC and LabVIEW. It gave working principle of hydraulic weight-fixed loading, and detailedly introduced design of hardware and software and communication implementation between LabVIEW and PLC. The actual application showed that the system is suitable for field application with stable and reliable running.
