Research of Detecting System of Wire rope Tension of Multi rope Hoister Based on Vibration Wave Method

  • In order to solve the problem of low precision of handfeel detection in traditional vibration wave method for wire rope tension of mine hoister, the paper put forward a scheme that uses sensor in stead of handfeel to detect vibration period and selects the second vibration period as basis of tension calculation. It introduced hardware and software design of detecting system of wire rope tension of multi rope hoister based on sensor and single chip microcomputer in details. The system not only overcomes influence of personal factor and improves accuracy of tension measurement result, but also reserves advantages of convenience of vibration wave method.
