Design of Mine-used IP Broadcast and Talkback System

  • The paper proposed a design scheme of intrinsically safe mine-used IP broadcast and talkback system, and described constitution, main functions and design of main devices of the system. The system is based on existing Ethernet platform in coal mine and TCP/IP protocol, and converts voice signal to standard IP packet to transmit in Ethernet by use of technologies of computer, network, VOIP and embedded system. The system is simple in connection, convenient in layout, far in transmission distance and good in voice quality, stable and reliable, and can realize functions of sound amplifying broadcast and talkback, which provides guarantee for coal mine safety production and dispatch, safe avoidance of danger and emergence rescue.
